A federal court in Louisiana handed down a federal court ruling Tuesday that the price of a Pfizer drug could fall by as much as 50 percent if it were sold by the company.
The ruling, released Wednesday by federal Judge Claire F. Boujia of Louisiana’s High Court, said the price would fall to Pfizer, which makes the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, $6.49 per pill.
